If you use an online application, do you have something you hand to the candidate with information about how to apply? If so, would you PM me your email address so I could email you to get a sample? Thanks.

We made up business-sized cards to hand out to walk-ins and for job fairs.

Our logo, address and URL. No phone number

Yeah, we have business cards with the link to the openings which then links to the online app system. We also have a designated Application Center part of HR, so their phone number is on as well. Walk-in applicants use the kiosks in the Application Center.

Our IT has a conniption if people use our network. So we won't be allowing that. I think I'm going to list the public libraries and make it more of a postcard ...

We were using a 1/4 page handout but we're revising a business card. We have a card that is simply Recruiting. All the contact info is team level. The email is recruiting@---- and can be monitored by the whole team. We added .com/careers to the company website line. On the back of the card we're adding a few quick tips for applying. If I get a copy of the proof that is email-able I'll send it to you.

We highly discourage our managers from handing out their personal cards so candidates can't bombard them with phone calls and emails after interviews. Even the recruiters are cagey. At job fairs the recruiters only hand out their personal cards to people they are truly interested in. Otherwise, the Recruiting card is the norm.

We use little business card sized handouts, but they were designed by PH Corp so I can't share.
